First case of painless vaginal delivery was done in Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Memorial KPJ Specialized Hospital on 2nd January, 2019 . She was a young lady of 18 years. It was her first pregnancy. She became panic when her labor pain started and opted for caesarean delivery. Dr. Fatema Yasmin counselled her with empathy and Epidural analgesia was given by Anaesthesist. She became very happy when she was able to deliver normally without any pain and also was able to avoid unnecessary caesarean delivery.
