Mr. N. Islam, 59 years gentleman, Presented to ED with severe chest pain for around 3 hours. ECG- Acute STEMI- Inferior with RVI. Hemodynamically unstable. Loading dose of antiplatelets along with other necessary medications are given at ER, Counselled for PPCI, Shifted to cath lab for PPCI. CAG revealed RCA 100% occluded from proximal segment. After an eventful procedure finally patient was recovered.
