Mrs. Mahmuda Islam,  55 years, hypertensive, diabetic and morbidly obese lady admitted here for hypertensive emergency, uncontrolled T2DM and obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome. Her BP was not controlled with usual dose of antihypertensive drugs according to present guidelines. Her BP was controlled with highest applicable doses of antihypertensive drugs. For last 3 years she is on regular follow-up in this hospital and till now no new events occurred.
