Md. Sabuj Mia, 47 years old, MRN-190297, Presented to me with the  complain of perianal pain and discharged, and he had history of 3 times operation for Fistula in Ano. Then I examined the patient and diagnosed as Recurrent Fistula in ano and I advised the patient for operation. After listening my advise patient was scarred and frustrated, but I told the patient, please faith on me. Then patient was admitted on 14. 03. 2020 and I did the operation and patient was discharged with smiling face.
