Mr. Abdul Ali Khan, MRN-193111, 85 years old, came from Barisal with per rectal bleeding on 07.04.2020. Then he was admitted. He is suffering from such kind of symptom for last one year and he was visited by a group of specialized doctors and diagnosed as 2nd degree hemorrhoids. But I was not satisfied with that diagnosis, because patient had a history of significant weight loss for last 3 month. Then after proper evaluation the patient was diagnosed as a case of Carcinoma of Stomach. Then operation done by me and patient was discharged with smiling face.
